• When should I purchase a letterman’s jacket?

  Jackye recommends getting a jacket as soon as you letter so you can get the most enjoyment out of your purchase.

• Can I add on more patches after my initial order?

  Yes. Turn around time for jackets purchased through Jackye’s is 2-3 weeks. We do not accept updates for customer-supplied garments or jackets purchased through another company.

• How do I care for my jacket?
  Letterman’s jackets should be dry-cleaned. Please ask your dry-cleaner to reapply the scotch-guard coating when you drop it off.

• Can I wear my jacket in the rain?
  Your jacket comes with a scotch-guard protective coating, which provides basic protection against weather. Prolonged exposure to moisture and sun will damage the garment. Do not wear your jacket in the rain.

• After I order my jacket, how long will it take to be finished?
  The turn around time is 8 - 10 weeks. Please note there may be additonal delays depending on the volume of senior jacket orders we have received. Holidays may also increase lead times.

• I have a jacket I did not order from Jackye’s. Can I order the patches separately?

  No. Jackye’s does not accept orders for customer-supplied garmets or jackets ordered through another company.
